Returning your purchase

Our refund & return policy:

  • Product can be returned when received damaged. Customer have to make sure to check the products in front of courier as proof.
  • If customer received different product, then the parcel can be returned and refunded.
  • Without valid reason, no return or refund is possible. After 7 days of delivery, we will not accept any complaints. So customer have to make sure to complain on time.

Receiving a refund

We refund our customers by the same payment method they used to pay us.

Order cancellation & refund

If customer won’t receive their product within 40 days, customer have their right to claim a refund by inboxing our support via Instagram.
